I like to work in various materials from  wood, stone, metal and willow.

My work is non specific and arrives as I explore each individual piece of material.

Once a theme or suggestion is identified within a piece of material the carving journey is allowed to
unfold and take on a life and direction of its own.

Many of my works are from found driftwood and other materials that are often combined to produce the final sculpture.
